Other demonstrations from a talented chef: Olivier Roellinger will be present on the Friday as a guest-star. You will find them on the La Cornue by La Maison Carcaillon stand in the Savours and Delights of the West area. Every day from 11 am to 3 pm.

Don`t forget to try out the menu specially conconcted for the fair at the "Côté Quai" restaurant, run by Grégory Coutanceau, as well as the tapas from the South West from the Maison de l`Espagne.
